Digital Product Manager | Commercial Product Leadership | Startup to Scale

I'm a Digital Product Manager who's navigated the full startup journey: hyper-growth, acquisition, and back to founder-led. At Lit Fibre, I joined as sole Product Manager when the company had 150 people and was scaling fast. I stayed through the CityFibre acquisition, and when the founders bought the business back and restructured to 40 people, I remained as the product function.

I ship measurable outcomes in constrained environments: +96% digital sales, +50% conversion uplifts, B2B products from zero to revenue, and meaningful ARPU growth.

What I bring to the table.

Commercial focus, collaborative approach, customer-first thinking.

I'm commercial and UX/CX-led, technically fluent, with end-to-end ownership across discovery → delivery → optimisation. I make pragmatic trade-offs between UX, commercial impact and engineering effort to keep delivery moving. Over 15+ years, I've delivered digital products across telecoms and theatre sectors—from £23m+ ticketing platforms to full-fibre broadband products. I've built B2B offerings from zero, optimized conversion funnels under tight budgets, and automated logistics to improve unit economics. I thrive in resource-constrained environments where every decision matters and speed beats perfection.

Why product management.

I've always enjoyed solving problems and shipping solutions. Whether it's building a product from zero, redesigning a customer journey, or finding the right trade-off between UX and engineering effort, I'm driven by seeing ideas turn into working products that deliver real value.

I stayed through acquisition and restructure at Lit Fibre because I believe in finishing what I start. I built B2B products with no existing customers to learn from because I'm comfortable with ambiguity. I optimize for outcomes, not outputs.

What colleagues say.

Calm under pressure. Pragmatic about trade-offs. Focused on outcomes. I ask hard questions, align stakeholders early, and keep momentum high even when constraints are tight.

I work across engineering, marketing, CX, and commercial teams—translating between technical complexity and business objectives. I'm technically fluent enough to challenge engineering decisions, commercially minded enough to prioritize for ARPU and LTV, and UX/CX-focused enough to protect customer experience.

Currently seeking Product Manager roles at startups and SMBs where commercial outcomes and customer experience matter equally.
